Hi guys,I am really considering buying a new grille.I like the black grille I did with the SS inserts but the SS insert look is really starting to bore me.I would love to see you guys' billet grilles.If oyu guys can, can you post a pic of your rig with a grille.I am gonna get my grille shell re-painted due to a crappy paint shop that did a horrible job and the SS inserts really DIG into the paint.

I know what you mean about the SS inserts digging into the paint. They should have bent them a little flat compared to the way they are. Or buffed off the sharp edges maybe that would help. I'm not the most happiest camper about the way they are held to the grille either. Those clips damage the paint also.

Hey there 06hemion24s, your truck looks SWEET! Did the shop paint the grill surround? Did they peel the chrome or did they just scuff it then prime and paint? I'm interested in doing the same thing.

i did it im in autobody sand with 180 then 400 and shot your adhesion promoter then your base then clear no primer needed

lol its my only grille

And the inserts are.....hmmm pretty much permanetly on there

The inserts are for an 02-05 shell and I had to do some cutting to get them to work on the 06
