You should be able to use the same Superchip programer for the 06 hemi, just make sure it has been updated online. As far as changing your CAI, you will get a small increase in performance without changing your exhaust, but you will benefit more from the CAI by changing your exhaust to a more free flowing exhaust.
05 SuperChip/06 Superchip
Can you reset a 05 Hemi SC set up to a 06 Hemi SC. The megecab hemis do not have the MDS so I thougt I might be able to use my current SC. Or do I have to buy a new SC. Also if I stay with a stock exhaust and add a CAI and SC would that help or is it a waste of money without changing the exhaust.

I knew the exhaust would help, when I added a Magnaflow and CAI it was a big difference. But I'm looking at Megacabs to be a "kid hauler". That drone w/ my magnaflow isn't what I'm looking for on long highway trips. I will miss the sound and speed but I need more room and don't want an SUV.
