05 1500 4.7 rocker arms popping off (?)

Hey guys I'm new here help is appreciated. Recently bought an 05 ram 4.7 in it didn't run when purchased I think this is the issue though rocker arms popping off and I can't seem to figure out why oil maybe to heavy I'm not sure gonna try that tomorrow any suggestions?
