hi there,
My mother in laws 01 Ram has no sound.
I installed her new after market stereo, and still no sound. i could not track any problems with the installation. the OEM stereo did the same thing. Is there something that i missed? there is no clicking, ticking or any sound at all. Could all the speakers be out? Any help would be appreciated.

Speakers are blown. No sound = blown speakers. They might have held on with the 15w that the stock head unit puts out, but with an aftermarket radio, they wont make it. The way to test it is with a DMM, set it to resistance, and test each speaker to see their individual resistance.
