P0037 HO2S Heater Ctrl Circ Low Bank1 Sens2

HO2S is the oxygen sencer

Heater Ctrl Circ is the heater control circuit

Low is voltage below minimum range

Bank 1 is the side of the engine with the #1 cylinder (in your case the driver's side)

Sens2 is the second sencer on that side, the one after the catolytic converter

It seems to me you need to replace the O2 sensor due to the internal heater failure.

the sensor is new, i should've mentioned that - new, like this afternoon - i got the sensor, went to the shop, they installed it - reset the light - we drove 15 miles, it came back on after we shut it off.

i was able to catch them before they left for the day, they said there's probably a burnt wire from the sensor

i have to work tomorrow, picking up my car from there - let them deal with it.:cheerl:
