I've managed to at least separate my driver-side axle from the knuckle with the help of a 7-ton puller, but the inside is stuck to the intermediate shaft. So far I've tried:
prying from multiple angles
rotating the axle and hammering again
spraying the area with wd-40
Alright guys need some advice/thoughts. so i did the cheap torsion bar key lift and did 2 inch blocks in the rear. Now i did not crank them to match the rear, i kept a slight rake to it still. My first question is how does this angle look/can i go a tad bit higher. Second, is it bad to have...
I’ve been prying on the inner cv joint to front differential connection to remove the cv axle. No luck. I think the stub shaft is mushroomed out causing it to not break free.
Does anyone know if I can just open up the diff and release the stub shaft from the inside?
