My dads friend bought the truck in the early 80's and in the mid 90's they swapped out the factory small block for a mitsubishi 6dr5 turbo diesel. The truck sat in his driveway for 10-15 years before I bought it in 2012. In 2015 I pulled the diesel and put in a rebuilt 361 big block with an 833 overdrive 4 speed.

361 bored .030 over, flat top pistons, 516 heads with 1.74 exhaust valves, summit cam, edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock 650 carb, hooker long tube headers

pioneer head unit, alpine 10" sub

front coil springs from a 1 ton truck. overload spring removed from the rear.
