You can use a spanner wrench if you have one, or like most of us who don't, stick a strong screw driver through one of the holes in the pully and wedge it against a part of the water pump and spin the fan nut off. It will be on there pretty good, and might bend the screw driver, but it should come off.

Yeah, thats how I do mine. I put a screwdriver through the water pump pulley and wedge it on the pump while using a big crescent wrench pipe wrench to take off the clutch fan. Make sure you are spinning it CCW

my first pump i bent the shit out of the pulley, it wasnt happening. finally i torched it for a few then the parts that wernt bent i wedged someshit in it and it finally came off, wtf. At least i had a new pump on hand. They probably used locktight bottle on mine haha

efan would be nice, along with a radiator that has a cap. Hell the more i think about it the pos shroud can go and an efan might be my next mod

I was going to say use search, but that seems to only work for a handful of folks. What I will do instead is post links to several other clutch fan removals, so you can do some browsing and see what others have put together. RubberFrog, Weedahoe, HEMI450 and stickshiftsrule did some writeups that are pretty good.
