When you say "no heat" does that mean cold air only, or no air at all? Could be a bad servo, stuck blend door, or even a bad control panel. Seeing if the doors actually work would be a starting point.
Had the same problems with my 2004 .. You need to replace all the blend doors on the system..! It is a fairly simple job for a do-it-yourselfer, you can go onto U tube and watch a video of the process. I had to do it on my truck, as did all my friends with same trucks.. Dodge is famous for this problem on most of their vehicles..!!!
