exhaust opinins

On my 97 ram i have cat delete with y pipe, my rear o2 sensor is zip ties to frame but still get C.E.L. light, 3" pipe into a flowmaster super 44 and 3" dump about 2 feet in front of rear axel. Exhaust smells pretty rich, and after riding around with other dodges, it feels like my low end is gone. Do you guys think my setup is too free flowing? all i have on motor is cold air intake and 180 t-stat. Thinking about taking it today and installing 2 new o2 sensors and magnaflow cat with 2.5" pipe into a single in dual out magnaflow muffler and 2.25 dual tips out back. What you guys think??

I like the idea.
But why do you need new o2 sensors?

Thats why the cel is on! The pcm is not getting any reading from the sensor. If you dont run a cat you need a 02 simulator.
