Front end noise

96 ram 1500 2wd annoying squeaking noise when turning the steering wheel.
Sounds like somethings going to bust off? I changed the upper and lower ball joints and the whole front end is well greased. I had it jacked up from under the lower control arm and when the tire is up off the ground and I turn the steering wheel no noise at all. If I jump up and down on the front bumper I'll get the same noise but I can't believe that a shock would make that same noise from just turning the steering wheel? What about bushings on the control arm bolts, anybody ever had this problem before?
By the way, the ball joints were changed 2 winters ago. Any idea's are welcome.
