How To Identify Dodge ECM Issues

Hello All,

I was wandering how can I test to see if the ECM is having some problem. My car is having some electrical problem since last few months, after talking to couple people they told me that it can be the engine computer. Before contacting the service persons I want to know how can I identify ECM problems and the remedy with the cost. Any help will be very much appreciated.

You may want to post this in the appropriate forum(vehicle-year specific), This has nothing to do with "Body Repair and Detailing Talk".
