I would do just the upstream (before-cat) O2 sensor first

buy them both! replace them one at a time. drive it to sea if anything has changed. save the o2 if nothing has changed. replace the other. throw away the bad one that made a difference. eventually you will have two new in and one old that works and one that should be thrown away. they go bad in a big way, so to tell them apart should be easy.
