I am getting the p0430 code and am wondering what it is exactly. I think it might be my header flange bolts comming loose and creating an exhaust leak. Any one else ever have this problem?
Exhaust leaks or a bad rear passenger 02 sensor. Mine had the non foulers done and was good for 30-40k then i i got the code so it may need more wool or a bad senser. I am not going to worry since i dont have to deal with emissions. I am running no cats.
I got this code a couple times when towwing my trailer across country last month, but it went away until yesterday. I might try and take a look at it today. I am looking into gutting my cats and getting a set of Mag high flows for inspection, I have an exhaust guy here that will do whatever I need.
I think I found my problem, I have a small leak on the passenger side exhaust where the mag Y pipe joins the factory pipe. I tightened the headers and mid pipes and fired it up, I crawled back underneath and checked for leaks and felt a little leak comming from the weld. Now I now where it is and once I get a couple extra bucks I will go get it fixed.
The light stayed out until today on the way home from the meet and greet.
