We are probaly going to do a photoshoot at Markham Park in Weston this weekend with some of the local dodge truck owners, you guys should come down.

Whoever does your drop, be sure they weld your shackles in the rear. I had my shackles done by Boots Performance in Pompano, he does nothing bust custom car & Funny car framework and modifications. Let's juist put it this way, this rear end's pinion aint shifting for shit ever again.

No more broken drive shafts for me..

I did some custom valve covers with some metal flake on em and I am about to make some custom aluminium pieces for the engine bay which I am going to powdercoat red. Basicly I think I can fit anything which is 15/16" round cause I setup a house oven for the task. Now for my carclub friends, I have done a lot of stuff.

It started out as a side businesss back in the days and now its more like a hobby and hook up for local friends and associates.

I dont know man, I never did wheels before, I just did small parts. You figured if the pieces are cleaned and degreased, it can take 15 minutes to powder then and 15 minutes to bake / cure. I personally would be too scared to do someone's rims.

If Brain lived in Florida, I would have him overlook my whole setup and cnotch my truck in a heart beat, maybe even drop it much lower.

The spindles have brand new lock nuts for the lower balljoints and after they are installed and torqued down you take a cut off wheel or sawzall and trim whatever balljoint stud is sticking out of the nut end for 17's. BY the way, drop spindles and smaller diameter wheels have been known for this type mod ever since drop spindles came into play. Most spindles accept 17" or larger only also.

End Result.. 4/6 drop + bags from Slammed 1 Suspensions.. Installed by California Customs in Ft. Lauderdale Fl (just west of I-95 and Griffin Rd)

I'm very happy with the way the truck drives too. it's not harsh/bumpy at all and it doesn't have that "float" feeling anymore. very satisfied.

Thank you Brian!

..now to get my S1S rollpan painted and installed..

Dammit now, I may have to drop it lower

I am seriously pondering during the 4/6, just have to cnotch first and check if there will be any tire rubbing with 24's, or do I have to fender roll?

What did they charge you for installaion?

Oh and I can help you with the roll pan install man since you are local, We can hang and do it ourself rather than paying someone to do it. I did mine.

Well I called Calcustoms and they quoted me $350 for a C Notch install, and $800 for a 4/6 drop with C Notch install, This is just manual labor and parts are not included.

yep, mine was the $800 job. they charged me an extra $50 for some ubolts as they said the ubolts that came with the kit weren't long enough or something like that. whatever, it was $50.. i didnt complain. then they tack on another $100 for the alignment afterwards. heads up!

thanks for the offer on the rollpan.. may take you up on that! i gotta get it painted first. there's about 100 body shops next to my job.
