Over Heating Problem

I have a 1989 D150 with a 318.I have replaced the water pump, radiator, new hoses and thermostat. If i drive the truck easy it's fine but if i push it or pull a trailer it wants to over heat blowing the water out of the radiator cap the cap has a pressure release on it.I don't know what else to do but maybe changing the 195 thermostat to a 180 or could the radiator not be enough to keep it cool. The radiator is one of those stupid plastic types from auto zone.

I pulled the thermostat today to make sure it was good .It seem to be stuck so i put another new 195 in and still over heating.I think next thing i will do is swap out the radiator and see what happens.
