I have 136,438K on mine. It has had 2 radiators, 3 water pumps, 2 sensors, I can't
remember how tune-ups or oil changes, 1 blend door, 3 sets of tires. Well be replacing
the A-piller handel. Other than that it runs really well. When I bought the truck it
had 20K on it.
I had a '01 5.9 2500 long bed with 145k (doors rusted out but replaced by Dodge at 100k), trans went at 90K then again at 145k, traded it on 12/31/07 for left over 2007 1500 mega cab., got $8500 with shot trans and they dropped the sticker from $39K to $27K, got to love going in on that last day of the year.
'07 mega cab only has 14K on it with no problems.
my brother inlaw has an '02 CTD and has 300K+ (on third trans) still pulling strong.
On mine I have 172,000 miles. I got it a year ago with 144,000 miles on it. In the last year I've changed the brakes, one wheel bearing, the oil a lot, the alternator, spark plugs, and the rear-end went out on it.
My buddy's truck is an 05 with the hemi and he got it with 140,000 miles on it in the spring and now has 167,000 on it. He hasn't had to do anything but change plugs and oil. His honestly feels a lot tighter than mine though.

I just traded my 04 with 170,000 miles. Ran great just time to upgrade.
