Lights only work in ON position, switch has no impact.

Ive got a '14 2500 that the lights only come on when the key is on. All of the lights work and function, however the switch does not change anything ie; auto, off, park,on doesnt matter. When the key is off, the ext lights are off and when its on, the lights are on, the switch has no impact, even unplugged it and it still does the same thing.
Interior lights function the same but the dimmer doesnt work, nor does the cargo light button.

I tested the wiring at the switch and it has voltage on the orange wires so I dont think the TIPM has killed the circuit since the cab lights are also tied into the switch wire for the tow circuit and they work with the rest of the lights. I also pulled the DRL sensor and it has no change either.

I replaced the switch this week hoping that was the issue and it did not effect anything. Also pulled battery cables to ground the computer for several hours as well to no avail.

I have LEDs on all the headlights and cab lights as well as interior lights, however do not have any issue with them not working correctly, or have any codes/messages about light out on the evic.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Im at my wits end trouble shooting this and really want to avoid a $200 dealer fee if at all possible.

check the setting in the radio, there may be something there that needs to be changed.
