Wheel spacers and bigger tires

I am restoring my grandad's 1975 Dodge Power Wagon. It belongs to my dad now. I'm pretty far along in the project. I have almost completely rebuilt all of it. Now I have ran into a problem. My dad wants to run a 33x10.50 on the stock wheel which is fine. BUT...I am having issues trying to come up with a solutions of clearing the pitman arm and leaf springs. He does NOT want to run a lift. He wants it as close to stock as possible. Can I run say a 2 inch billet wheel spacer and clear these or does anyone have any other suggestions ?
