1998 ram 1500 5.9 magnum no burnout

I have searched for this forever and know one will help me when ever I try to do a burnout I do I like everyone says brake to floor gas to floor and slowly let the brake out but it just stays at 1500 rpm and won’t get past that I’m not sure why I do have headers cherrybomb exhaust aftermarket cat and k&n cai please help thanks
