Ac vent?

I have a 1994 dodge dakota and my ac shuts off when accelerating. I know it sounds like a vacuum leak but there's an open hole where an ac line could be that comes from the cab. It's located right behind the engine directly behind the tube for the transmission fluid dipstick and isn't shown in the vaccuum diagram in the truck. Should this have a hose connected and going somewhere or is it a type of ac vent

It's water drain for the evaporator. And you are in the ram section not the Dakota section.

Sorry about posting in the wrong section. However another question about it. If it's a vent for the evaporator should it be blowing cold air out of it. Like freezing cold ac air
