It seems that its common to change to a 180 degree thermostat with a tuner. Do the tuners recommend this especially in 93 settings? Won't a cooler stat affect combustion chamber temps resulting in inefficient fuel burning and loss of mileage? Or am I being too acute and 15 degrees isn't a big deal. I heard the pcm needs the stat to be 195 for emissions control, so do the tuners change for maximum fuel burn at 180?
I know, I should call the companies, but hey, just looking for your 2 cents.
