I had the same problem with my front being slightly higher. I cut 1/2 a coil top and bottom off the springs and it sits perfect now with a slight rake. I got quoted higher than $300 from the website that ozplanet bought his spindles from, not sure why. Definitely check your bumpstops. When my dad and I cut the coils yesterday, I noticed I couldnt fit my pinky finger underneath the bumpstop. That probably explains why the ride was so rough and needless to say, it rides 10x better now, even with cut coils.

Did you cut stock coils or aftermarket lowering coils? After looking at my Belltech "2 inch" coils and measuring them compressed, it looks like cutting off one complete ring might do the trick.

They are 2" lowering coils. I cut 1/2 a coil from the top and 1/2 a coil from the bottom.

My passenger side bump stop was 'eaten' up, so I cut my driver side bump stop in half and used the cut half for the passenger side. On the passenger side, I had to unbolt the bump stop retainer thing and shove the rubber in then make sure the tabs grabbed the rubber.
