Hmm...now that I see that a dual plane M1 to keep that low end is possible, I might invest in one in the near future. It won't do much on my truck now, but once I do the 1.7's, 52mm TB, headers, etc. it will make a difference.

My question now is, what is this BBL (Ex. "2BBL" or "4BBL") that I'm seeing?

both version's of the M1 for fuel injection are single plane . 2 barrel version is designed for 2000-6000 rpm's . 4 barrel what ozplanet has is for 3000-6000 rpm range . 4 barrel version is a direct copy of the carb version . hughes is the only current company that offers a dual plane and thats the eddy manifold in which they have added the injector bosses , fuel rail mounting and such . it has an 1500-6500 rpm range . hope this helps .

EDIT....both the eddy/4 barrel M1 will need a 2 barrel adapter .

Ah, so "BBL" means "Barrel." Got it! Guess I need to do a little more research on them before I jump on one. I was going to do my water pump (unless I can fix the leak and not have to remove it) and figured "while I'm in there..." But now, I'll likely put the money towards the 5-speed swap I'm planning.

How was your christmas, Dodgepickup? Get any goodies?
