is the BHAF better than a K&N stock replacement?

I don't know about real life CFM #s but it is bigger and cheaper. Although the K&N is washable and reusable. I don't think you can beat the BHAF. Just my .02$

yes found it removed it looks like the ring may of had a little restriction to the turbo now the opening is that much bigger..... thanks again

i order mine from vulcan performance cheapest place i found for the filter napa wants 50 or 60 bucks for the filter vulcan the outer wear, filter an shipping 80 bucks

I bought mine direct from outerwares. I don't remember the price off hand but I have the receipt at home. I can let you know tonight.

Thanks! I bought mine from Vulcan as suggested by hooknit. Just wasn't sure if I was getting the right one. But their part # was 1085 so that must be it. Looking forward to getting it. I sure hope I get it before Wed. I leave for a trip to St. Louis. Sure would like to try it out on a nice long road trip!
