You can use a gun in any state as long as you can hide the body.

When I bought my truck 3 months ago, they mentioned something about an optional security system that disabled the motor from running (something to do with the computer programming? Not sure). I declined as they wanted over $400 for it, but now I am wishing I had gone for it. Does anyone know anything about this, is it something you could have done at the dealership if you decided you wanted it later on? Also, if it is a computer program type deal, would it have any compatability issues with an aftermarket programmer like the SCT? Thanks for any responses or information.

As I understand the law in CO you can use lethal force to defend yourself, or your property including your vehicle. Now does that include sniping someone from your rooftop as they break into your new truck? I don't think it's been tested yet. I wouldn't be against it though.

Well guys I have enjoyed all the information. I would be the new Red on that 70's show with my foot in there ass if I ever caught them. You can take that to the bank. Got my truck back today, only took 3 days to do repairs. It cost $1400.00 to fix hood, door & new door handle. Has to go back tomorrow cause Mirror not working and found big speck of dirt in middle of hood. I'm luckier than my neighbor 3 houses down, they took his 2005 Red Hemi Quad cab same night mine was fubared.
I really like to electrocute someone, Fl does has an ole Electrical Chair in Starke I can use..

Too much work to hide bodies, just pop the d*ckheads in the driveway then drag them up onto the front porch.

Good question.
Mine came with the truck in the security group package. I ordered it that way.
I would call the dealership and find out.

Well just got back for second time at shop, Guys at Tampa Bay Collision on 301 Brandon, Fl did a great job. Even though they missed hooking the Mirror power back up and little spec on hood. I was there about 25 minutes today, they had 3 guys fix me up. Morrow night will be one week. That will be me sitting in the front yard with my little freind called Glock......

I am pretty new here. I just purchased a 2005 Hemi Quad Cab (last Wed) and I noticed Saturday that it looks like someone tried to break into it with a screw driver. I am not sure if this was at home or in a parking lot, as we made a couple of stops Saturday. I also live in the Tampa area, so this caught my eye.
