Cleaning Inside Windows

Hey Fella's

What do you recommend for cleaning the inside of the windows?

Something that won't damage the tint.

Check when you buy some window cleaner @ an auto store...most of them are pretty safe for tinted windows...a good one I use is made by Ardex....they have a plethora of awesome products....but Eagle One makes some good window cleaner too, so does Stoner...

When I got my windows done, the woman said to use baby shampoo mix with water 50/50. Works pretty well.

I use ArmorAll Window Wipes. Just wipe and throw 'em away. They clean well, also.

I use Invisible Glass by Stoner. This stuff is amazing. You can buy it at your local Wal Mart.

I use 50% vinegar and 50% rubbing alcohol. Dose not seem to hurt my tint and is streak free. At least for me it is.

After I got my tint done, the shop told me not to use ammonia based window cleaners, especially windex, because overtime the heat causes the ammonia to give the tint a purple look. They suggested Eagle One. But I get alot of suggestions from friends to use Stoner's Invisible Glass with crumpled newspaper.

your right about using anything with amonia ,that's why you should use windex with vinegar.it does not contain amonia.and works well with the newspaper .I'm not partial because i make the stuff either
