Truck not refilling with all antifreeze

hi,
did a radiator flush and now the truck will only take 1 1/2 bottles out of 4 and its full.
Drained and tried again, same thing, what could this problem be ?

Was it strictly a radiator flush or a whole cooling system flush (radiator, engine, heater core)? It sounds like you're trying to put the amount the whole cooling system would take into just the radiator.

Foolishly, I assumed that draining the radiator would drain the whole system. I also did not compare fluid amounts that i got out to what I tried to put in.

Is this the proper drain plug to do a complete coolant system flush ?

You will never get ALL the coolant out. If you drain just via the radiator you're only going to refill 6-8 quarts.
