I run 30 front and rear. Only way to keep my centers from burning out.

And air is over 70% Nitrogen as is. Nitrogen might be a good idea for an INDY car or NASCAR (where small deviations in pressure affect handling), but makes virtually no difference in a regular tire. It's just another way shops can bend you over for even more $$$.

Chrome don't get ya home, but it'll sure get ya laid.

i have 2 Michelin LTX (load range D) 215/85/R16s on the front at 55 psi and 2 goodyears (same size as fronts) at 65psi

my opinion as far as nitrogen goes it does make a difference read the side of any tire it will tell ya to inflate to X psi COLD thats if you inflate them with air with nitrogen you inflate the tire and it doesn't matter hot or cold it will have the same psi regardless

I have some Goodyear Wranglers on my truck now and I had 40 psi in them but it rode way too rough, especially since I do most of my driving on the highway. I have a shell on the bed and I deliver luggage for a living but rarely anything heavy.

What would the lowest psi I could get away with without wearing my tires too badly. They need to be replaced soon so what should I replace them with?

35x12.50r15 Maxxis Bighorns usually run them 28 front 26 rear.

Doing the water test, these PSI's showed even tread pattern meaning the tires are going to wear even, instead of the middle going first.

With the 33's I get 12-14MPG city, 15-16MPG Highway, 35's I get 8-11MPG city, and 13-15MPG Highway.
water test?

I run around 35 to 40psi in mine, and a bit less in my winter tires.
