reflex are better for trucks.. we get a lot of complaints at work (part store) from the people that buy the sensatrac

sensatrac is the older design of the two

the reflex have feature improvements and more modern technology, they were pretty much developed to keep truck and suv owners happy

I've never swapped out the shocks on my truck so I can't say. My cousin has a service station and says if you want OEM like shocks, get the cheapest. He also says lifetime warranty shocks are built to last, not ride nice, another reason to get the cheap ones. I would go to the parts store and ask them which will provide the ride you want.

It looks like they all have a lifetime warranty. Based on what daynz says I'd say we got an answer from the guy at the parts store. Mine needs shocks too at 170K so I'm interested in what answers you get.

Looks like $53 for the pair on sensatrac and $53 each for the reflex. I'm going with the cheapos.

A friend put rancho's on his truck and says he would go back to monroe on anything, well worth the extra money.

I live in the Bahamas so, some road have many potholes because of the saltwater corrosion. So I need shocks that can give me a better ride. I will try the reflex and post my findings.
