I just bot a 2011 Big Horn with...believe it or not...14,200 actual miles!
Truck has been garage kept since day one and still looks new in and out

QUESTION: For normal everyday driving and every now and then some "spirited" passing is the 545RE trans anything I have to worry about with 14,000 miles?
Or just drive and enjoy?

I have a 2012 Laramie with 132K on it. No tranny issues whatsoever. It's done some medium duty towing, but infrequently. It has mostly highway miles on it. I had the fluid and filters changed at 60K and 120K as directed in the manual. Happy so far.

I predict possible problems. That's only around 1500 miles a year, which implies the truck was hardly ever used and spent months sitting around, or it was only driven on very short trips, which could be even worse. I'm expecting your're going to have some issues with leaking seals, at least. Hopefully it was stored in DRY garage, and not a damp one. The tires probably have dry rot too.
