hey all...im new here. just got an 05 ram qc hemi 4x4.

i have a squeak. its a fast squeak/pause/squeak/pause...ON AND ON. it almost sounds like a belt...not slipping, but same pitch noise. just much shorter and faster bursts. it sounds like it is comming from my front driverside wheel well. thats where the noise is the loudest. all ive done is crawled around with my ears. its pretty damn annoying though. happens when im stopped and low speed. park or drive...breaks or not...a/c on or off. its just constant. hardly noticable when i crank er up...but gets worse and then gets steady.

thanks

I had posted a few weeks ago about a similar sound, which I first thought was a belt but narrowed the sound as coming from my right front wheel well. The sound I heard only happened when accelerating from a stop or in stop and go traffic. I just got it back from the dealer on Thursday and it turns out it was the bushing which they lubed. They also tightened the control arm and swaybar. This appears to have fixed the problem.
