Hey,
I am a two day old owner of a 1996 RAM VAN 3500. I just wanted to confirm that the speakers in the doors and in the rear are all 6X9s. Thanx - Gregor. |

Gregor, you may want to check the crutchfield website. You can select what type of car you have and they will tell you what speakers fit in what locations without any modifications.

Yes they are. That's the way my '94 was set up. 6x9's in the front doors and 6x9's in the rear.

I had the crappy Chrysler Infinity sound system. I replaced the head unit with a Pioneer and Pioneer speakers. Sounds good to me. I'm not into big subs and amps and shrit like that.

I kept the factory head, upgraded to separates in the front door, like maybe a round 6 in and 1.5 or 2 in tweeter, raised up higher in the door(out of the footwell). 3 way 6x9 in rear with a 10in powered subwoofer(I dont like it) and a 100 watt amp. Speakers and amp r Blaupunk. Im happy with it, just dont like the subwoofer.
