Replacing timing belt problems on a 2001

Please help!! I am trying to replace the timing belt on my 2001 3.0 Stratus. I have removed everything necessary but a metal cover/bracket. I have loosened every bolt that I can see but it still will not come off. It is necessary to remove this cover/bracket because there is a bolt that goes all the way through to the block and the timing belt is around it. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

im sorry i dont know much about the 3.0 but you may want to check out the how to section on 2gstratus they owuld probknow better
