door locks

here is a pic of a door lock biutton i can put on my neon. I was wondering what kind of door lock is this, power or manual? I dont think its power. My car would be better with this on it. oh also how much would it cost to install? and would i have to go to the dealer to do it?

Actually, that is a 2nd gen door with power locks. I have that exact door in my car right now

I don't know if any of the 2nd gens came without power locks, I'll let others answer that.

Dragon yes you could get a 2nd Gen without power windows or locks, just not as common as with them

My old 96 neon did not have power door locks or windows, it was a pain, thats why I got a car with them.(if youcall it a car or suv or ???)

cost I couldn't tell ya but as for the having the dealer do it I would unless ya can find someone around who could do it cheaper

Oh and on the Lights, since I wasn't there when they took the front end of Pang ripped the front off and it broke the housing on the left one and pulled the wires off the right, I am rerally sorry, I was going to just send them to ya but now they are screwed. I will see if I can find anything else

ok thanks man. yea dont worry about it. Ill have a new car by 2004 id say. I was just thinking it would boost the value up and i would have some nicer things on it. I think ill be driving around on some rtoad trips this coming year so high miles right there. lol. Well these are just thoughts, but i would like to boost the trade in value up, thats really why im thinking of these things.
