I have an ex military 77 w-200. I have disconnected the blackout light and the belt driven generater from the wring harness so now it is all stock. When i installed a new master silenter i flushed the systom and changed it from the military silicon brake systom to the civilian non sillicon brake fluid systom. Now that that is all done i want to change the tranny and front and rear diff fluids. I have heard diffrent things about how i should do it while others say don't tough it. Secondly my auto shop teacher said the 2bbi i am running is junk cause they were prone to flooding. is that true??? and what kind of 4 bbi should i look for on Ebay???? Edelbrock is what i want. Last ly there is a small amount of white smoke comming from the rear of the engine on the passangers side. What is she doing?????
Thanks Ian

What is the engine size? Try looking for the Edelbrock RPM Airgap intake. I've seen them on e-bay polished and non-polished. I heard that they are awsome!

It's okay to change the front and rear diff. fluids, but if the transmission is high-mileage and the fluid is burnt smelling and brown changing the fluid change may not be a good idea. I've seen instances where changing the fluid and filter in a transmission where it never been done can cause it to fail.
White smoke could be a valve cover gasket leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold. I recommend the Edelbrock Performer intake with their 500 or 600 cfm 4bbl. carb. w/electric choke.

What about the kick down i don't want to loose my 727. The tranny has 50,000 mile and is a nice red color. i will try the gasket. My shop teacher said it may be coolant????
