The guy's over at dreamspeed offer up 2 turbo kit's for the 2.4 dohc.
A stage 1(just under $3k) & a stage 2(just under $3.6k i think) I havent asked much about the kit's yet cause im not sure if i want to go forced induction yet. But give them a call and they will gladly explain all.

There are many internal differences between the two engines. You would have to swap in the entire eng assy from a SRT. Simply replacing the exh manifold with the Mexican version (yes, there IS a Mexican Turbo Stratus) and bolting on the turbo and cooler will not get you what you want. I don't believe that Mopar is planning a J (Stratus chassis) turbo retro kit. You could get the export parts and you'd get a OK boost, but it's mainly desgned for high altitude driving (9psi and a real small turbo). There are other options available such as K&N filters, exh systems, cams, head mods, etc. A lot of work really.

Sounds like the Dreamspeed stuff is expensive for the HP boost that you'll get (Do they have any dyno charts on the Stratus?). Haven't been to the site, but I hope that they recommend O-ringing the head (or block), rather than giving you "great" head gasket if you're going over 9-10 PSI. 2.4's are funny about taking a lot of deck pressure. Actually, what happens if they get too much, isn't funny. Ask the guys in the dyno room at DCX.
