Hey Everyone

I am new here. I own a 1998 Neon R/T with a few mods done to it. Was at some street races here in Daytona Flordia and raced probablly the fastest Neon I have ever seen. It was a Blue two door with Dual Mufflers and big wheels and looked stock, I noticed it had Kansas plates and a Dodge Talk sticker in the back window so I thought I would come check out the site and see what I could find out about this car. The owner wouldn't tell anyone anything about the car
