Window crank removal

Sorry, but I couldn't find anything using the search. I'm trying to remove and gut my driver's side door so I can have the lower hinge welded back together, but the window crank is nothing like the one in the chilton's manual. How do I remove the window crank from a '94 that has no allan bolt?

There is a special tool that you can get from a local auto parts store. It is used to remove the clip that is holding the window crank on. If you dont use this tool you could bend the clip where it wont fit back on. You should be able to ask them for a Window Crank and Clip Remover Tool, and they should know what you are talking about.
