One of more than 40 new custom vehicles created with SEMA member companies and the Chrysler Group, the Wings West Dodge Neon R/T sports a lowered appearance and a one-of-a-kind front facia. love that neon except the wing on the back sucks. I assume thats a 2003 and 5 speed manual and power everything? laters.
