The Haynes Manual has one, but its difficult to read if you dont understand electrical symbology.
It covers 84-93 Dodge pickups, if I remember correctly. I dont know if Chrysler/Dodge would still have factory manual diagrams anymore, but you might find one on Ebay or Amazon.
