The Haynes Manual has one, but its difficult to read if you dont understand electrical symbology.
It covers 84-93 Dodge pickups, if I remember correctly.
I dont know if Chrysler/Dodge would still have factory manual diagrams anymore, but you might find one on Ebay or Amazon.

I have a Haynes manual 74' thru 93' with pretty good wiring diagrams.... If you want I can scan the ones for your year and email them to you if you'd like. You can let me know through this forum of email me at bherder@povn.com
