well in the front we kinda cheated.... we didnt really want to pay for new springs.. so we cut one full coil out of the spring.. but in the back, we just bought some new brackets for the leaf springs that re-mounted it up about three inches

NIce Ride, Ten thumbs up.
Ive got an 86 W250 hiding in the same location Im working on, and a 79 W150 Im trying to figure out exactly what to do with.
Ive been considering a 2X4, and making a "pro-street" rod out of it.
