Went racing...now what?

I finally got to a semi-local 1/4 mile strip this week (usually race at an 1/8th mile track) and found out what my '98 R/T runs the quarter in, 15.70 @ 88mph. I have MP engine mount and bobble strut, MP ECM, Iceman, and AFX Underdrive Pulley. I probably added a little weight with the '01 R/T wheel/tire combo over the stock '98 R/T set up but the look and 16" combo was worth it in my book.
 She weighs in at 2555lbs with 3/4 tank. I was hoping that based on my 1/8th mile time I would have been a little quicker in the 1/4 (I thought around 15.5) but that was based on my turbo Dodge cars and while the Neon jumps off the line quicker, it doesn't have near the top end charge of my turbos! So what would you recommend I look at next for performance increases? (N2O and turbo kits are beyond what I'm wanting to spend or modify at this time.) What's the best bang for the buck?[

an after market intake, Header, lower it (windresistance), good cat back exhuast (APC, Nopi,Borla,Pacesetter) adjustable cam gears, CAIT, I run mid 12's without Nitrous in my 98 R/T
