Now that I have my level installed I'm looking to get rid of the 20's I have and step down to 18" wheels for a more aggressive look. Below is a showcase of wheels I've seen that I really like, just can't decide so I'm looking for a bit of direction.

Tires will more than likely be 295/70/18 Nitto Terra Grappler or Trail Grappler.

Here they are, all wheels are 18x9, offset and BS listed above each wheel...

I'd do the Helo's myself.

Yeah, it's really a toss up for me...I love the HELO wheels but with all those edges and shape changes I'm sure they are a complete pain in the ass to clean. My second strongest is the Moto Metal wheels.

Curious how the -12mm offset would be with the tires I want to get. I don't want to run into any issues with rubbing the fenders.

Of these, I'd go with the Helo's.

How about:

Aside from a simulated bead lock, or bolts around the perimeter, I really don't want any sort of "polished" accent on the wheels. Those Gear wheels look decent but the silver accents on them are not quite what I'm looking for.

The blacker the wheel, the better.....added "rugged" look with the bolts or bead lock are ok though. Thought about the XD Strike as well but they are -24mm offset I believe.

When I was picking wheels I was surprised at the lack of all black choices out there. I literally didn't want ANY chrome or polished accents.

So having said that, I like the Helo's the best.

Can anyone confirm if the -12mm offset will be a problem with the tire size I am looking at?

I would go with the methods and paint the bolt heads black.....also why not go with 17's?....way more tire options, 18s are kind of an oddball size.

17's aren't out of the question...each of the wheels I show are also available in 17x9, same offset and backspace.

Only trouble I have is finding a 17" tire that is comparable to the 295/70/18....maybe 305/70/17? I'd also be ok with a true 33x12.50 as well....but really looking for something just over 34".

No problem whatsoever. You're wheels will just stick out 1/2" further from a 0 offset based rim

Sorry, not feeling that wheel. If the center spokes didn't have the silver on them then maybe, but aside from the bolts around the perimeter, I don't want any "silver" or polished parts.

On a side note, has anyone ordered from that vendor shown in the pics? I've been on their website and they seem to have a pretty good selection/pricing....just wasn't sure of reputation.

Agreed, that may be the way I go....I wish there was a way to put a wheel and tire package together and actually SEE how it'll look before hand. I know some places have the virtual wheel visualizer, but it just doesn't do any justice.

Anyone in the market for some wheels and tires? Before I make this purchase, I need to get rid of my current set. 20x10 Ultra Baja (I actually have 5 of these) with 305/55/20 NTG's...tires have about 10k miles on them.

Man, I think you should keep these wheels.
Your truck looks amazing this way

What is the offset of these rims?
Would you consider parting the rims?

Great taste Kevin!
I actually really like these wheels.
Only issue is, you will have to spend a tad more if you want the offset as they only come in 2 piece.
the 0/1 offset can be had in a 1 piece

Thanks FastNugly. I would have bought those if they were out when I bought wheels. I think Fuel has some of the nicest wheels out there.

Check out Rimz One on Facebook. They have a ton of pics of wheels already mounted to tires. They have some of the best prices around and no tax if you live anywhere but NC, I think.
These are cool if you're looking for black.

Man, those Toyos on the Fuels look great. Good luck making decision on the wheel package. It took me 2 years to finally pull the trigger.
