2000 dakota 4.7 1391 code and missing

I have a 2000 dakota that dropped a valve seat. so I got a head off craigslist and replaced it. now I'm getting a 1391 code and the truck is missing. I can unplug the cam sensor and clears right up. and has very good throttle response. I replaced the cam sensor with the one out of the old head but same thing absolutely no difference. Please Help I'm new to the dodge scene.

The only thing you have left to change is the crankshaft position sensor. Those are the only two sensors associated with that code. I would swap that out. If that doesn't fix it, it could be the harness between these sensors and the ecu or, the ecu could be toast.
