rear main oil seal leaking

I have a 2008 Dodge ram 1500 my rear main oil seal is leaking. Can anyone inform me how to replace the seal, without to much trouble. the auto shop is charging around $ 500.00 a pop of which i don't want to go there.

the transmission has to come out or at least be slid back enough to get the flywheel off after that's it a piece of cake.
