Natural Leak Vacuum Detection Pump help

The large hose the comes off the Natural Leak Vacuum Detection pump has a leak/hole in it. This hose runs from the pump and attaches on a vacuum hose the starts towards the evap canister. Does anyone know the size of the hose or the Mopar part number?
This is for a 1999 Dodge Durango. This is causing a P0455 code. Thanks for your help.
