wiring for rear view cam

Just wondering. I have stock 430 w/ nav. head unit. I am thinking of adding OEM back up cam, is necessary wiring from dash to tailgate already installed ?

No but it is all included in the Mopar accessory. You will also have to have your computer flashed by a dealer to activate it.

Better check it out before you do it. When I looked into this several sources said I could not add the OEM BU cam to the factory 430N after the fact. I went with a Lockpick instead and am glad I did. Much cheaper, easy install and more features. The only way to make the OEM setup work is by having the dealer flash the ECM, but if they don't think it can be done you'll be stuck unless you want to pay them to experiment on your truck.

Not really a part number, per se, as it only works with MYGIG radios. Here's a link to the website. I bought mine from Sonic Electronics because they usually have a discount going on them. Most any camera will work with it, but I chose the Bar-Cam that mounts over the license plate.

I went with a lockpick also for the price and what you get it was a better option.
