Rattling/Buzzing in 2012

I have recently noticed a VERY annoying rattle/buzz sound coming from what seems to be the dash on the passenger side of my truck, but only happens at speeds over 30mph. I had my wife hold her hand up there to "push" the dash down a little to see if it was loose plastic, but it didn't stop.

The only thing I can see, when I pop the hood, it seems as though the under-hood insulation or heat barrier isn't attached as well as you'd think it should be, and it's loose right where the noise seems to be coming from.

Anyone have a way to secure this to see if it helps? Anyone else had this same issue with their 2012 with a buzzing noise at higher speeds? Are there other areas to check aside from the insulation that could be causing this noise?

I'm going to try taking it back to the dealer to have them fix it since I've only got 700 miles on this truck so far, and my sanity is slowly decreasing (more than normal anyway).

Will do, thanks. I need to get my truck back to the dealer soon anyway to fix a paint issue, so if I can't find the cause I'll have them fix it.

Do you have a bench seat? If so do you have a pull down cupholder section in the middle? (sorry im note sure what rams come equipped with what stuff) If you have that cupholder section in the middle, after you open it and let it "hang", push down on it (towards the floor). It will lock into place. Mine rattles if it is not locked into place. Just my $0.02

I feel like I've tried everything, but I'll give that a shot. From the driver's seat, it definitely sounds like it's coming from up near the windshield, or from the engine bay...that hood liner isn't exactly attached very tight.

I have the same issue but i have a 10 and its only when im stopped, iding.

Got it fixed this morning...it was the hood liner. They don't attach it very well so on each corner it kind of flaps around...at higher speeds it slaps against the hood and creates a "buzzing" sound.
