Year, make, model and engine? Basically there's an issue with the wireless accelerator pedal not sending signals or the PCM/throttle body not getting signals.

One DT member had a run-away Power Wagon and the problem was in the fly-by-wire TB. Get the truck to the dealer and have it checked before some happens.

has nothing to do with wiring, one of three components in the system is malfunctioning and it needs to be put on scanner and checked out

Mine came on this morning, turned truck off and restarted.. It was then gone and the truck ran fine.
I wonder if it has anything with the negative temps weve had? Is there anything I can check before I goto the dealer, mastertech? Thank you.

Battery &/or alternator should be checked. That is the most common things anyways.

Take your throttle body off the truck and clean it really good. Put it back on. Problem solved. Also check your air filter and make sure its not really dirty.
